After we received confirmation on purchase/payment, allow us 1- 3 working days to prepare and ship your item. If you need an item ASAP send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org after placing the order and we’ll try to do our best to ship it earlier, but it will also depend on the carriers timings.
All items comes in a beautifully designed pink packaging box, dust bag & a postcard and are ready to be gifted. The box will come with the name of the new owner on the side, so if the item is for a gift and you would like to add a gift note inside too, please leave us a note on the check out box or send us an email at email@example.com and we would be happy to assist you.
At Florecer we celebrate you and your unique style! If you have a special request for a custom bag send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to give you a quote and turnaround time. Please note once a custom order is paid for, we will go into production and cancellations or returns are not allowed.
Pay for your purchase in installments when spending more than $40 through Afterpay. Select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. All you need is a credit or debit card. It will send you to Afterpay with an easy sign up and you'll receive an instant approval decision. Pay over 4 equal installments with no additional fees when you pay on time.
All items ship through USPS with domestic tracking number to the shipping address provided. Please be sure to confirm shipping address is correct & up to date at checkout or send us an email at email@example.com as soon as possible if a change should be made before shipping. Items 'returned to sender' may be arranged to be reshipped, but will incur an additional shipping charge.
Shipping costs and methods will be calculated by the weight of your order, your shipping location and the level of service you have chosen.
In case of lost, delayed or undelivered mail, we will initiate the claim with USPS after 7 working days. While we are not responsible for lost, stolen packages or delays, we will assist you in every situation as best as we can.
If your order is damaged during the shipment, please take photos and save all of the packaging until USPS is able to conduct an evaluation, and contact us within 3 days of delivery so we will be able to file a claim on your behalf.
At Florecer we want you to enjoy and love your new bag, so if an item doesn’t fit your needs we accept returns* within 15 days after the date of purchase. We must receive the item unused, unworn, in original conditions and with complete packaging and tags in order for us to accept the return.
In that case, you can opt for a Refund of your money or an Exchange for other product within the time frame.
The shipping cost will be covered by us.

We provide a warranty that covers manufacturing defects for up to 6 months from date of purchase.
This includes: stitching, hardware, chains and straps. It doesn’t include damage caused by owner or natural wear and tear for lack of care of the product.
We will inspect each warranty and issue the appropriate replacement product or part if needed. If it’s something that has a quick fix we’ll try first to solve it within your item, if not we’ll give you a replacement of the same bag (only if there is stock available) or you can choose other product. *We don’t offer Refunds after the Return time frame ends*
Our bags are designed and meant to last you for years, inside your bag you’ll find a Care Details tag that provides you all the information to make it last. In addition, we are always available for any question concerning Care & Warranty so don’t hesitate to ask us.
